Collective bargaining and social dialogue in times of crisis. What can we learn from the European experience, and what is happening in Ukraine? These questions were the focus of a presentation by \u0406\u0432\u0430\u043d \u042f\u0446\u043a\u0435\u0432\u0438\u0447, Head of the Department of Private Law at the Kyiv-Mohyla Faculty of Law.<\/p>\n
At the invitation of the organising committee, he spoke at the XV European Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law (ISLSSL). The Congress took place from 16 to 19 September 2026 at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. Its theme was \u201cSocial Europe under Strain \u2013 Contemporary Challenges of National and European Labour and Social Security Laws\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ivan Yatskevych\u2019s presentation, \u201cCollective Bargaining and Social Dialogue in Times of Crisis: European Experience and the Situation in Ukraine\u201d, is connected to the research project he leads: \u201cJust Transition: The Right to Work after the War. Decent Work and Ukraine\u2019s Post-War Economy\u201d.<\/p>\n
