{"id":14774,"date":"2026-10-05T10:45:17","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T06:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/fpvn-doluchyvsya-do-konferentsiyi-social-market-economy-v-yagellonskomu-universyteti\/"},"modified":"2026-11-04T19:09:28","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T15:09:28","slug":"fpvn-doluchyvsya-do-konferentsiyi-social-market-economy-v-yagellonskomu-universyteti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/en\/fpvn-doluchyvsya-do-konferentsiyi-social-market-economy-v-yagellonskomu-universyteti\/","title":{"rendered":"NaUKMA Faculty of Law participates in \u201cSocial Market Economy\u201d conference at Jagiellonian University"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Jagiellonian University (Faculty of Law and Administration) hosted the academic conference \u201cSocial Market Economy\u201d, marking the 50th anniversary of Professor Tadeusz W\u0142udyka\u2019s academic career.<\/p>\n<p>The Faculty of Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy was represented by Roksolana Khanyk-Pospolitak, PhD in Law, Associate Professor in the Department of Private Law and Head of the Centre for Civil Law Studies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14417\" src=\"http:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/21baf71c-0abe-4f3b-b3d4-66d86508b09e.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"604\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This anniversary has special significance for our Faculty. From 2005 to 2008, Professor Tadeusz W\u0142udyka served as Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Uniwersytet Jagiello\u0144ski w Krakowie. At the time, our Faculty was still young and actively seeking international partners. Professor W\u0142udyka supported our Faculty, and in 2008 the two universities signed a cooperation agreement. With his support, cooperation with Heidelberg University in Germany was also launched.<\/p>\n<p>This shared academic history gained a new chapter at the anniversary conference. The event featured the presentation of the book \u201cSpo\u0142eczna gospodarka rynkowa. Studia z prawa i ekonomii\u201d (\u201cSocial Market Economy: Studies in Law and Economics\u201d). It includes the article \u201cUkrai\u0144skie rz\u0105dowe instrumenty pochodne (warranty PKB) w systemie instrument\u00f3w finansowych\u201d (\u201cUkrainian Government Derivatives (GDP Warrants) in the System of Financial Instruments\u201d), co-authored by Roksolana Khanyk-Pospolitak and Volodymyr Pospolitak, PhD in Law and Associate Professor in the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, NaUKMA.<\/p>\n<p>The authors examine Ukrainian government derivatives within the broader system of financial instruments. These instruments emerged from the economic need to restructure state budget obligations. In wartime, this issue has become particularly relevant.<\/p>\n<p>We sincerely thank Professor Tadeusz W\u0142udyka for placing his trust in our Faculty and for the support that laid the foundation for an important international partnership nearly two decades ago.
