Towards Decent Work in Ukraine,&#8221; Jasmin Beck, a researcher from <a class=\"sjkaPHPSCljuEVirqBzQIpNsTKFWmzcDTtg \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/europa-universitaet-viadrina\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Europa-Universit\u00e4t Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder)<\/a>, revealed the specifics of regulating labor relations in emergency conditions according to international ILO acts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rewi.europa-uni.de\/de\/professuren\/buergerl-recht-europ-dt-arbeitsrecht-zivilverfahren\/cillas\/index.html\">Eva Kocher<\/a> from Europa-Universit\u00e4t Viadrina served as moderator and successfully guided the discussion.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/en\/specialists\/yatskevych-ivan-ivanovych\/\">I. Yatskevych<\/a> presented a general overview of the organization of labor relations under martial law and the reform of labor legislation.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/en\/specialists\/dzera-iryna-oleksandrivna\/\">I. Dzera<\/a> outlined the problems of distinguishing between civil and labor contracts in modern conditions.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/en\/specialists\/fedosyeyeva-tetyana-romanivna\/\">T. Fedosieieva<\/a> spoke about legislative novelties regarding domestic workers.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/law.ukma.edu.ua\/en\/specialists\/hanyk-pospolitak-roksolana\/\">R.
