The journal “NaUKMA Research Papers. Law”\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is a printed mass media publication and a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal that publishes original articles and research materials in the field of legal sciences.<\/p>\n The journal is included in the official list of academic specialized publications of Ukraine authorized to publish results of dissertation research for the degrees of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences.<\/p>\n The journal features articles addressing current issues in the general theory and philosophy of law, public and private law, human rights, and the rule of law.<\/strong> The selection of topics is guided by their relevance to the actual needs of legal science and practice, consideration of societal challenges in Ukraine, and the tasks currently facing domestic jurisprudence in the context of global processes \u2014 in particular, those arising from the EU\u2013Ukraine Association Agreement.<\/p>\n All submitted articles undergo double-blind peer review and are checked for compliance with standards of academic integrity.<\/p>\n The journal “NaUKMA Research Papers.
