Doctor of Law, Doctor habilitated (Germany, Ukrainian Free University), Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor. International lawyer, headed the Department of International Law in 2006–2015, also Director of the Center for International Human Rights Protection at the Faculty of Law of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. She was awarded the Petro Mohyla Prize for her monograph “Ukraine in the International Human Rights Protection System: Theory and Practice” and for co-authoring and scientific editing of the monograph “The Holodomor in Ukraine as a Crime of Genocide under International Law”. Judge ad hoc of the European Court of Human Rights. Expert of the Council of Europe. Author of more than 120 scientific publications on international law. Main research topics: Public International Law, International Human Rights Protection, Ukraine in the International Human Rights Protection System, the Holodomor in Ukraine as a Crime of Genocide.
