Fundamentals of German Law (in German and English)

The course covers the historical evolution of the legal system of Germany and its influence on European continental law. The course covers: sources and principles of German law; structure and principles of functioning of branches of German law; structure and authorities of the state system and judicial system of Germany; education of lawyers in Germany.
